Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use pawvivelab.com (the "Site") or buy Pawvive products from CSE Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Pawvive ("Pawvive," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. When you place an order, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you're allowed to use the payment method you provide.

2. Product Information and Pet Health

Pawvive is a supplement for dogs. It is not a drug, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on the Site is veterinary advice.

  • Talk to your veterinarian before starting any supplement, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing or on medication, or has a health condition.
  • Follow the directions on the label. Stop using the product and contact your vet if your dog has an adverse reaction.
  • Results vary from dog to dog. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and don't guarantee that your dog will get the same results.
  • Keep the product out of reach of children. It is for animal use only.

We try to describe our products accurately. Colors, images and packaging may differ slightly from what you receive, and we may update formulas or packaging over time.

3. Orders, Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless your local currency is displayed at checkout, and they don't include taxes or shipping unless stated. Applicable taxes, duties and shipping are shown at checkout.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent purchase, stock limits or a shipping restriction. If we cancel after charging you, we'll refund you in full.
  • An order is accepted once we send a shipping confirmation, not when we send the order confirmation email.
  • We may change prices at any time. A price change won't affect an order we've already accepted.

4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

If you choose a subscription at checkout:

  • What you agree to: you authorize us to charge your payment method $50 every 30 days (plus any tax and shipping shown at checkout) until you cancel. The first charge happens at checkout.
  • Renewal reminders: we'll email you before each renewal charge.
  • Cancelling: cancel any time before your next billing date through your account at pawvivelab.com/account or by emailing customersupport@pawvivelab.com. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund past ones, except as described in our Refund Policy.
  • Changes: if we change the price or terms of your subscription, we'll email you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.
  • Failed payments: if a payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription.

5. Shipping

Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates. Once we hand your order to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. If an order arrives damaged or goes missing, see our Refund Policy and we'll make it right. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes their country charges, unless these are collected at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains returns, refunds and our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, and it is part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site belongs to Pawvive or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. That includes text, images, videos, logos, product names, designs and code. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any of it, or use it to build a competing site, without our written permission. We actively enforce our rights, including through DMCA takedown notices.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • break any law
  • resell our products without authorization
  • interfere with the Site's security or operation
  • use bots or scrapers
  • post false reviews
  • impersonate anyone

9. Reviews and Submissions

If you send us a review, photo, video or testimonial, you confirm that it is truthful and that it is your own. You also give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it, including your first name and your dog's name, in our marketing. We don't pay for reviews in exchange for positive content, and any incentivized review will be clearly disclosed.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent the law allows. Except as stated in these Terms or as required by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pawvive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or these Terms is capped at the amount you paid for that product. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover Pawvive's losses from claims that arise because you broke these Terms or misused our products.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please contact us first. Most issues can be fixed quickly by emailing customersupport@pawvivelab.com. If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, the following applies.

  • Binding arbitration: any dispute relating to these Terms, the Site or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration may be held by video, by phone or in your home county. Either party may instead bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court.
  • Class action waiver: you and Pawvive each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or take part in a class action or other representative proceeding.
  • Opting out: you can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing customersupport@pawvivelab.com within 30 days of your first purchase with your name and the words "Arbitration Opt-Out." If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
  • Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the Federal Arbitration Act.

14. International Customers

If you live in the UK, EU, Australia, Canada or another country with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms limits those rights. The arbitration requirement and class action waiver in Section 13 don't apply to you where local law prohibits them. If local law conflicts with these Terms, local law applies to the extent of the conflict.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after the update, and we'll email active subscribers about any material change.

17. General

  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • If we don't enforce a right, that doesn't mean we've waived it.
  • These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Pawvive.
